Mon Guide Mariage is an innovative community and commercial space for the wedding and event industry. It does not provide wedding products or services itself, nor does it represent wedding providers or agents in the event industry. Site members, including future brides, grooms, and their guests, as well as businesses offering wedding-related products and services, are respectively referred to as “wedding members” and “vendor members.” Our site’s role is to serve as a neutral space and an online transaction platform to facilitate connectivity between these two types of members, by providing specific products and services. We are not involved in the actual transactions between vendor members and clients, and we do not control the quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of these exchanges, including the accuracy of listings or the ability of vendor members to provide requested items or services. We and our affiliates cannot be held responsible for the actions or omissions of Mon Guide Mariage members or vendor members.

Mon Guide Mariage does not provide or endorse the products and services offered by vendor members. We cannot guarantee the identity and capabilities of vendor members and are not responsible for their transactions with wedding members. Vendor members are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in their business activities, as well as verifying the payment capacity of wedding members. User comments and the site’s directory do not guarantee the accuracy of information about vendor members. Participation in programs may grant vendor members access to your contact information. After the termination of our relationship, we may retain basic directory information and reviews of a vendor member on the site.

Membership

To become a member of Monguidemariage.ca, you must be a legal entity or at least 18 years old and considered of legal age in your jurisdiction. Minors and suspended members cannot join the site. If you register as a legal entity, you are responsible for binding that entity to the agreement. If you are an individual, you must ensure that you are authorized to enter into a legally binding agreement. If you are selling goods or services, you must have a valid commercial operating license. You must provide accurate information when registering, comply with the terms of use, and protect your Monguidemariage.ca username and password. Monguidemariage.ca reserves the right to modify or cancel any unpaid membership.

Individuals visiting or using the site are not allowed to create an account for another person, use another person’s account, or impersonate someone else. It is prohibited to use the site to violate the law or encourage others to do so. We welcome constructive and respectful criticism. We encourage open and honest communication, but any disrespectful behavior will be removed. We expect our members to maintain high standards of respect and courtesy towards others.

In case of conflict, the additional terms and conditions prevail.

Currently, there is no minimum fee required to become a member of the website for individuals looking to get married or for people searching for vendors. However, optional paid features/services may be offered for wedding members, and Diamond services are available for seller members, for which fees apply according to specific terms and conditions that will be described in detail. Members must accept these fees before their credit card is charged. If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact the Monguidemariage.ca member services within 90 days of billing for any refund requests. After this period, no refunds will be granted.

If you subscribe to paid programs, you give us explicit and irrevocable authorization to debit or credit amounts to the account you have identified. You are responsible for maintaining a valid and up-to-date credit card on file for any paid activity on our site. In the absence of a valid card, you may be subject to interest and penalties. We have the right to withhold or debit any amounts owed to Monguidemariage, including fees and adjustments. In the event of chargebacks or any other amounts owed, we may exercise all available actions and remedies. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability related to any account identified in accordance with this section.

The website contains copyrighted material, patents, and other intellectual properties, including logos, phrases, names, and exclusive designs owned by our company unless otherwise indicated. All rights, interests, and titles belong to us. You hereby agree and release Us, Our and our affiliated companies, as well as all of our officers, directors, agents, and employees collectively from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute between you and any other member of the site.

Information you submit.

Any information submitted to the Site, whether by a Member or not, shall be deemed “Submitted Information.” By using these features, you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement and the Community Guidelines set forth below. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor messages posted on the Community and other submitted information. Members are solely responsible for the content of their submitted information.

Our Site acts as a passive conduit for any communication and/or distribution of information, and We do not control the Submitted Information of Members. We cannot and will not review and we are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, completeness, truthfulness, or relevance of any submitted information or the verification of the identity of the submitting member. Like any information obtained through the Internet, you should verify the submitted information before acting upon it. WeddingWire is not responsible for any losses you may incur by relying on the submitted information, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

By posting the submitted information on any part of the site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us and our affiliates an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense at multiple levels) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, telecommunicate, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), and distribute such submitted information for any purpose and in any format on or in connection with the Site, Our company, or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Submitted Information, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. Will not be defamatory, threatening, harassing, racist, or libelous. This specifically includes any legal claims of any kind regarding our employees, agents, other members, or the site.
Will not contain another person’s or entity’s proprietary information.
Will not contain any computer software or programming that may interfere with the operation of our site or systems, or create or impose a significant burden or load on our site or systems.
Will not scan or test the vulnerability or security of our site or the system in which it operates.
Will not be used for commercial or public purposes outside the requirements of this agreement. Specifically, your submitted information cannot be used to advertise the products or services of others.

Termination of your membership/account

We store your personal information until your membership with us is terminated and you unsubscribe from email notifications. To terminate your membership, contact Customer Service at support equipe@mariagedecobellenuance.com. If you terminate your membership, your personal/profile information cannot be recovered. You may continue to receive email communications for a short period until we have updated all our databases. After the termination of your membership, your personal information may remain in our database and archived records. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will retain information about users who have been deleted for violation of our membership agreement, and we will retain email addresses in our unsubscribe lists. The Monguidemariage Community Guidelines aim to create a safe and beneficial environment for all members. We encourage members to be welcoming, offer honest and encouraging advice, and share ideas to improve the wedding planning process. Members should conduct themselves with integrity, decency, and respect to ensure that all voices in the community can be heard and that everyone can find the support and information they need. The Community Guidelines must be followed by all members to foster a helpful, fun, and supportive community for all. This community should be a safe space for everyone, and offensive or explicit content and profanity are not allowed. The community must be inclusive, and you cannot post anything that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, profane, disrespectful, or hostile towards an individual or group of individuals. Members should remain positive and respectful even when they disagree. Debates on ideas are encouraged, but criticizing others is not. Any message that contributes to a negative community spirit may be deleted and may result in the revocation of publishing privileges. Duplicate content is not allowed.
