Ary Pastelle has been working in the field of custom-made dresses, whether for a wedding, a prom or a gala, for the past five years. The dresses are unique and personalized for each client. The designer Ariane will work hand in hand with you to create the perfect dress, based on your ideas. The creation is a collaboration bringing together the personal tastes of the client and the expertise of the designer.

Since the dresses are all unique and on-demand creations, it is not possible to try a dress at Ary Pastelle. However, the designer has fabric samples on-hand and will draw a sketch face-to-face of your dress. Customers are therefore advised to have an idea in mind of what suits them before having a custom-made dress made.

Prices for custom-made dresses vary greatly depending on the complexity of the models and the fabrics used. For evening and prom dresses, the prices range from $400 to $1000. For wedding dresses, the prices range from $600 to $2000 generally. All adjustments are included in this price.

Appointment is required if you want a custom-made dress. You can contact the designer directly by email or by phone. A first meeting is necessary to take the client’s measurements as well as to discuss the perfect dress for her. This meeting will take place at Ary Pastelle’s atelier located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, on the south shore of Montreal. If the client lives too far, the appointment can be done by video call. Ariane will guide the client to take her measurements herself.

For the second appointment, it is strongly recommended to come to the atelier to see the fitting of the dress. As adjustments are included in the price, it is during this meeting that the designer will evaluate the alterations necessary, so the dress is perfect for the client. Additional charges may be added if the customer wishes to make changes to the dress model. The creation can also be sent by mail, but adjustments cannot be made.

A third appointment is often necessary for the final fitting of the dress, once everything is adjusted.
