Since 2002, civil marriage can be celebrated by a notary. So why not take the opportunity to celebrate your wedding at a place and time of your choice?

We offer great flexibility in the choice of where and when to celebrate your wedding, all after making sure that we comply with the legal requirements in this regard. So you can just as well choose our study for the celebration of your wedding, or any other place, since we can come to your reception hall, restaurant or other place of your choice which is suitable for a wedding. Unlike the Courthouse, you can even choose a weekend or public holiday!

Do not forget that the future spouses can also discuss with the notary the possibility of adopting a matrimonial regime other than the acquest partnership regime, which is automatically applicable under the Civil Code of Quebec in the absence of 'a marriage contract. We will be able to guide you on the choice of a matrimonial regime adapted to YOUR marriage, according to YOUR needs!
